{"id":3300,"date":"2020-03-31T13:08:04","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T13:08:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mdtform.pt\/en\/?p=3300"},"modified":"2020-03-31T13:08:04","modified_gmt":"2020-03-31T13:08:04","slug":"covid-19-contingency-plan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mdtform.pt\/en\/covid-19-contingency-plan\/","title":{"rendered":"COVID-19 Contingency Plan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">MDTFORM defined and has been updating a contingency plan oriented for the prevention and mitigation of risks associated with the spread of COVID-19 virus, with the main priority is to ensuring a suitable and safety working environment for our people, to keep on serve our customers and the guarantor of our operations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">This plan determines several measures that are in line with the general recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the\u00a0General Directorate of Health, as well as other supplementary measures considered appropriate to ensure the continuity of the activity in our\u00a0facilities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">These measures are evaluated daily and reviewed whenever justified by a Crisis Management Office &#8211; GGC and Crisis Communication Team &#8211; ECC.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">The principles underlying in the preparation of this Contingency Plan are:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Protect the health of workers by limiting the risk of contamination in the workplace. For this purpose, there were considerer preventive measure\u00a0in the area of \u200b\u200bhealth, there were created conditions for the exercise of activities at a distance (homeoffice), and internal processes\u00a0alterations as weel as\u00a0awareness for the individual protection of each worker;<\/li>\n<li>Promote the continuity of the company&#8217;s core functions, ensuring the maintenance of services considered essential;<\/li>\n<li>Inform the workers about the symptoms of COVID-19, the sources of contamination and transmission and the measures to be taken to reduce the infection, as well as the means available in the company to do so;<\/li>\n<li>Involve service providers, suppliers and customers in the sense that they also structure their own Contingency Plans;<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"en\"><span title=\"\">MDTFORM<\/span><\/span>&#8216;s Contingency Plan aggregates all the specific plans and procedures that will be identified and implemented, with the updates that are deemed necessary, throughout this process;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you want to know more about our\u00a0Contingency Plan please contact us and we will\u00a0and make it available to you.
